About this Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NSFW Video (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the service.

This Policy applies to the public site, authentication flow, Workspace, Credits, paid offers, media storage, public content, and AI video generation services provided through NSFW Video.

Information we handle

Depending on the features you use, we may handle:

• Account and authentication data: authentication identifier, email address, profile details, sign-in provider, session information, account status, and security events.
• Generation and Credit records: catalog selections, prompts, settings, Credit balances and transactions, task status, errors, provider references, and result references.
• Customer content: uploaded source or reference images, uploaded videos when supported, generated videos, and associated metadata.
• Payment and commerce data: merchant customer and payment references, email, language, country, purchased product or plan, amount, currency, transaction, subscription, renewal, cancellation, refund, chargeback, fraud-alert, and payment status information.
• Limited payment data: Stripe and transaction references, purchased product or plan, amount, currency, status, refund, renewal, cancellation, and dispute information supplied through the payment flow. We do not receive your complete payment-card or banking credentials.
• Technical and risk data: IP address, IP-derived country code, browser and device information, network and request data, timestamps, screen, language, time-zone, cookie, local-storage, security, and fraud-prevention signals.
• Communications: information included in a privacy, safety, deletion, billing, legal, or support request.

Adult prompts and media may reveal highly sensitive information about you or another depicted person, including intimate activity, sexual interests, sexual orientation, likeness, or other identifying traits. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for the requested generation.

Information about other people

Do not upload another person's likeness, voice, intimate media, or personal information unless every depicted adult has freely given the informed and legally valid consent required for the specific AI processing and intended use.

Public availability of material does not make it authorized for adult AI generation. If you submit information about another person, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide it and for giving that person any notice required by law. We may request evidence of authorization, restrict processing, or preserve relevant information while investigating a complaint.

Why we use information

We use information to:

• create and secure accounts and authentication sessions;
• accept authorized media, provide generation features, and return requested Outputs;
• calculate, reserve, settle, reset, and display Credits;
• maintain task status and generation history;
• present paid offers, process purchases and renewals, manage subscriptions and cancellations, and issue eligible refunds;
• detect prohibited content, fraud, chargebacks, abuse, security threats, and violations of the Terms;
• troubleshoot failures, maintain reliability, and improve service operations;
• respond to privacy, safety, deletion, billing, legal, and support requests; and
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and comply with law.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract to provide requested account, generation, and payment features; legitimate interests in securing, maintaining, and preventing misuse of the service; consent where legally required for a specific optional or sensitive-data use; and legal obligations or legal claims where applicable.

We may use aggregated or de-identified operational information to measure reliability and improve the product. We do not describe information as anonymous when it can reasonably be linked back to a person or account.

Payment providers

Checkout is completed through Stripe and its supporting payment infrastructure. Stripe handles the payment account and transaction information required to present and complete that checkout.

We receive and retain the provider references, purchased product or plan, amount, currency, subscription schedule, and payment status needed to allocate Credits, manage renewals and cancellations, issue eligible refunds, and handle disputes.

Payment credentials are handled by Stripe and its supporting payment services under their terms and privacy practices. We do not receive your complete payment-card or banking credentials.

Other service providers and AI generation

We use service providers for functions such as authentication, database hosting, private media storage, infrastructure, security, communications, payments, and AI generation. The implemented architecture uses Supabase for authentication and product database services, Google when you choose Google sign-in, private Cloudflare R2 storage for product media, Stripe for checkout, and WaveSpeed for AI generation. These providers process information for the functions NSFW Video enables under their applicable terms and law.

The Inputs and settings required for a selected generation are sent to WaveSpeed, which performs the requested AI generation. WaveSpeed may process prompts, reference media, generation settings, and technical request information needed to provide that service under its applicable terms and privacy practices.

NSFW Video does not use customer Inputs or Outputs to train general-purpose AI models under this Policy. Third-party providers process customer content under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

Moderation and age-safety review

Automated systems and service providers may inspect prompts, uploads, metadata, or Outputs to estimate whether depicted people are adults, detect prohibited content, and protect the service. We may retain the resulting safety decision and related account, content, and technical evidence.

Content or accounts flagged by those systems or reported by another person may be reviewed by authorized personnel when reasonably necessary to investigate, enforce policies, protect people, or comply with law. We may block processing, restrict or delete content, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or report apparent illegal activity where required or permitted by law.

NSFW Video does not offer an age-detection appeal that authorizes processing of a rejected Input. Use different material if an Input is rejected because the service cannot confirm that every depicted person is an adult.

Private content and external sharing

Inputs and Outputs are private within NSFW Video by default. NSFW Video does not currently provide a control that publishes an Output to a public gallery.

If you download or share an Output outside the service, other people may view, copy, download, or redistribute it. Do not share content unless every depicted adult consented to its distribution and you have all rights needed for that use.

When information may be disclosed

We may disclose information:

• to payment and other service providers that perform the functions described above;
• when you direct us to disclose information or otherwise consent to disclosure;
• to investigate abuse, security incidents, prohibited content, payment disputes, or infringement;
• when required by law or valid legal process;
• to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, depicted people, NSFW Video, or others; or
• as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.

NSFW Video does not sell customer prompts, uploaded reference media, or generated videos. We will update this Policy before using those materials for materially different advertising, marketing, or model-training purposes.

International processing

Information may be processed in countries where NSFW Video or an enabled service provider operates. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.

Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or safeguard, we will use the appropriate contractual or legal mechanism and provide information about how to request a copy.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Relevant factors include whether an account or subscription remains active, whether media or a generation remains available or public, payment and accounting requirements, security and abuse-prevention needs, immutable Credit and transaction records, provider deletion capabilities, backup cycles, disputes, chargebacks, legal holds, and legal obligations.

Removing an item from an active product view may not immediately remove it from backups, security records, safety evidence, payment records, legal holds, or a provider system. When information is no longer required, we delete it or de-identify it according to the applicable system and retention process.

Retention varies by information category and the operational, security, payment, dispute, and legal purposes described above. We do not promise immediate deletion where the implemented storage, provider, security, payment, backup, or legal process requires continued retention.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator.

These rights may apply both to account holders and to a person whose likeness or intimate material was submitted by somebody else. We may need to verify identity and authority before completing a request and may retain information where law permits or requires it.

A depicted person may report content or submit a privacy request to [email protected]. We will review the request and may restrict or delete content when appropriate.

Cookies and browser storage

NSFW Video uses cookies and browser storage needed for authentication, security, checkout, fraud prevention, navigation, interface preferences, and adult self-acknowledgement. Specifically, a strictly necessary first-party cookie (nsfw_age_acknowledged) records that a visitor has self-acknowledged reaching the legal age of majority before adult-oriented landing content is displayed. This cookie records only the visitor's self-acknowledgement and does not perform identity or age verification. If we enable non-essential analytics, advertising, attribution, or similar technologies, we will disclose them and provide consent or preference controls where required before they are used.

Security

NSFW Video uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including access controls and private media storage. No online service or transmission method can promise absolute security. Protect your sign-in credentials and do not upload material that is unnecessary for the requested generation.

Adults only

NSFW Video is intended only for adults who have reached the age of majority where they live. We do not knowingly provide the service to minors or permit content that depicts or appears to depict a minor in a sexual, nude, abusive, or exploitative context.

If we learn that a minor used the service or that prohibited minor-related information was submitted, we may delete or preserve information as required for safety and legal purposes, suspend the relevant account, and make legally required reports.

Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as the service, providers, risks, or law changes. Material changes will be presented through appropriate notice when required. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
