Agreement with NSFW Video

These Terms govern your access to and use of NSFW Video (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using NSFW Video, you agree to these Terms and the Content Guidelines, Trust & Safety standards, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy linked from the service. If you use NSFW Video for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

You may use NSFW Video only if you are an adult who has reached the age of majority where you live and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not meet those requirements or do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

The NSFW Video service

NSFW Video lets eligible adults submit lawful text prompts and authorized reference media, choose available generation settings, review estimated Credits, and request AI-generated video through models listed in the current catalog.

Models, input modes, output settings, processing times, and availability can change. We may use third-party infrastructure and AI providers to deliver the service. No particular model, provider, processing time, or Output is guaranteed.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in method, and all activity performed through your account. You must not sell, transfer, share, or use an account to bypass service limits or security controls.

Do not impersonate another person, gain unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer the service, disrupt its operation, or use automated access except through an interface we expressly authorize.

Strict prohibition on minors

You must never use NSFW Video to create, attempt to create, upload, request, transform, possess through the service, publish, or distribute any sexual, nude, abusive, or exploitative image, video, animation, or other content that depicts or appears to depict:

• a minor;
• a person whose adulthood is unclear; or
• an adult presented as a minor.

This prohibition applies whether the material is photographic, animated, fictional, synthetic, AI-generated, edited, age-regressed, or based on a real person. A prompt, upload, or requested Output that sexualizes a minor or an ambiguously young-looking person is prohibited even when no real child was used to create it.

We may use automated age and content-safety detection to enforce this rule. If an Input is rejected because the service cannot confirm that every depicted person is an adult, you must use different material. NSFW Video does not offer an appeal that overrides the detection result for the rejected Input.

NSFW Video has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material or attempts to create it. We may block the request, preserve relevant evidence, suspend or terminate the account, and report apparent illegal activity to appropriate service providers or authorities where required or permitted by law.

Consent and authorization for uploaded media

You may submit a photograph, video, likeness, voice, or other personal material only when you have all rights and permissions needed for the specific AI processing and intended use. For every real person depicted, you must confirm that the person is an adult and has given informed, freely given, and legally valid consent to the adult context, transformation, generation, and any planned publication or distribution.

Consent cannot be inferred from a relationship, a previous recording, public availability, social-media publication, or permission given for a different purpose. You must not upload intimate material obtained through coercion, deception, theft, hidden recording, compromised accounts, or any other unauthorized means.

You must not use any identifiable person's likeness or voice for adult content without the authorization required by law and by these Terms. You are responsible for keeping reliable evidence of the permissions and consents on which you rely and for providing it when we reasonably request it during a safety review.

Private and public content

Inputs and Outputs are private within NSFW Video by default. If you download or share an Output outside the service, other people may view, copy, download, or redistribute it.

Before sharing an Output, you must confirm again that every depicted person is an adult, has consented to the creation and distribution of the content, and that sharing does not violate law or another person's rights. You are responsible for the decision to share and for the consequences of distribution.

Other prohibited content and conduct

Follow the Content Guidelines and Trust & Safety standards. In addition to minor-related and unauthorized real-person content, you must not use NSFW Video for non-consensual intimate content, sexual violence, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, deceptive impersonation, harassment, hate, fraud, privacy abuse, illegal activity, malware, or infringement of another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

We may refuse a request, restrict or remove access to content, suspend or terminate an account, preserve information, or cooperate with a lawful investigation when reasonably necessary to protect people, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Enforcement may occur even when an attempted generation does not produce an Output.

Inputs, Outputs, and intellectual property

“Inputs” include prompts, images, videos, settings, and other material you submit. “Outputs” are materials the service generates in response.

You keep the rights you already hold in your Inputs. You represent that your Inputs and intended use comply with law and do not violate another person's rights. You receive no rights to third-party material merely because it appears in an Input or Output.

Rights in AI-generated Outputs vary by jurisdiction, may not be exclusive, and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection. Similar or identical material may be generated for other users. Unless we expressly state otherwise for a particular plan or model, the service does not promise that an Output is cleared for commercial use.

The service, software, interface, brand, documentation, and non-user content are owned by NSFW Video or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

Permission needed to provide the service

You give NSFW Video and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, transmit, transform, moderate, and process Inputs and Outputs only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, enforce policies for, and comply with law for the service. This permission lasts only as long as needed for those purposes, subject to technical backups, safety evidence, dispute preservation, and legal obligations.

These Terms do not authorize us to use customer Inputs or Outputs to train general-purpose AI models. Any materially different training use must be separately disclosed in the Privacy Policy and supported by an appropriate legal basis before it begins.

Your responsibility for unauthorized use

You are responsible for your Inputs, generation requests, Outputs, and any decision to publish, share, sell, or otherwise use them. You are also responsible for losses, claims, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, including a failure to obtain the required rights or consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NSFW Video is not responsible for harm caused by your unauthorized submission, generation, sharing, or use of another person's content, likeness, voice, personal information, or intimate material. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or liability arising from our own unlawful conduct.

Credits and paid offers

Credits are service units used to estimate, reserve, and account for generation activity. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and do not represent a bank or stored-value account.

NSFW Video may offer one-time Credit packs, additional Credit purchases, and monthly subscriptions. The price, currency, included Credits, generation value, and other offer details shown at checkout form part of these Terms.

Monthly subscriptions include a monthly subscription Credit allowance. On each monthly allocation date, the available subscription Credits reset to the allowance for the applicable plan rather than accumulating on top of unused subscription Credits. Unused subscription Credits from the previous allocation period expire when the allowance resets.

Credits purchased separately do not participate in the monthly subscription reset and remain available after a subscription ends, subject to account closure, refunds, chargebacks, policy enforcement, and applicable law. When both types are available, subscription Credits that expire sooner are used before separately purchased Credits.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew and are charged each month until canceled. NSFW Video does not currently offer a free or paid trial.

By starting a subscription, you authorize NSFW Video and its third-party payment providers to charge the payment method presented at checkout for each renewal at the disclosed price and frequency until you cancel.

You may cancel using the method made available with your account or paid offer. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid term. You retain access to subscription benefits until that term ends. Account access, lawful saved content, and separately purchased Credits are not canceled merely because a subscription ends.

Payment processing

Payments are processed through Stripe and its supporting payment infrastructure. We receive the provider references and transaction status needed to complete a purchase, allocate Credits, process authorized renewals, issue eligible refunds, and handle disputes. We do not receive your complete payment-card or banking credentials.

You must provide accurate payment information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. A failed, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or charged-back payment may result in the cancellation of the associated purchase, removal of related Credits or benefits, and restriction of the account.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy presented with the paid offer. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a purchase may be eligible for a refund only when the request is made within 24 hours after the charge and none of the Credits from that purchase have been used.

AI limitations and service availability

Generative AI can produce inaccurate, unexpected, similar, or inappropriate material. You must review every Output before relying on, publishing, or distributing it and decide whether it is suitable, authorized, and lawful for your use.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NSFW Video disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular Output, uniqueness, accuracy, or freedom from third-party claims. Mandatory consumer rights and other rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for an actual or suspected violation of these Terms, a safety or security risk, a legal requirement, non-payment, a reversed or disputed payment, or discontinuation of the service.

Termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination. Access to Inputs or Outputs may end when an account is closed or suspended, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. You are responsible for keeping copies of material you are legally entitled to retain.

Changes and contact

We may update the service or these Terms as capabilities, providers, risks, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be presented through appropriate notice before they take effect when required by law. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
